We hope you’re delighted with your order. For custom products and blind boxes, we currently don't accept returns. However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, the wrong size, or the wrong product(s), don't hesitate to contact us within 7 days of receiving the item(s) at Email: trendymikocs@gmail.com.

Returnable Item(s)
- Item(s) damaged or soiled upon arrival.
- Item(s) received in the incorrect size/color.
- Item(s) received are not what you ordered.

Non-Returnable Item(s)
- Custom products and blind boxes are not allowed to be returned for now. However, if you receive item(s) that meet the condition for Returnable Item(s), feel free to contact us for a refund.

Return Processing Time
- When your return request is eligible, we will process your return request within 1 day.

Return Address
- If you wish to return the item(s) to the nearest return address, please feel free to reach out, and we will get back to you within 1 day and offer an address for you to return.

Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

Refunds
- Once your return has been received and inspected, or your refund request has been approved, we will refund the original order value to the original payment method. We aim to process the refund within 1 business day.
